The website uses only technologies that are strictly necessary for it to function. No profiling cookies, advertising pixels or non essential measurement tools are active.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small text files that a site can store on the user’s device and read again during subsequent visits. Similar functions can be performed by other storage technologies available in the browser, such as local storage and session storage, or by identifiers generated on the server side. On this page the term cookie covers all of these technologies.
Cookies are distinguished by the party that sets them: first party cookies, set by the website being visited, and third party cookies, set by a different domain. They are also distinguished by duration: session cookies, deleted when the browser is closed, and persistent cookies, which remain until they expire or are deleted manually.
3. Legal basis and consent
Under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code, which implements Directive 2002/58/EC, technical cookies strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user do not require prior consent, and providing an adequate privacy notice is sufficient. Profiling cookies, non anonymised measurement cookies and third party cookies used for advertising purposes do, however, require prior consent that is freely given, specific and revocable.
This website currently uses only strictly necessary technologies. A preference management panel is nevertheless active, so that any tool that is not strictly necessary and is introduced in future remains blocked until explicit consent is given. Optional categories are not preselected, refusal is as immediate as acceptance and closing the panel without making a choice is equivalent to a refusal.
The choice is recorded in the local storage of the browser, under the key tc-consent, together with the date and the version of the notice. No advertising identifier is generated and the data is not transmitted to third parties. The preference is requested again after 180 days or whenever the categories processed change.

The website does not install analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social network pixels or cross site identification tools.
5. Third party services
The contact form is forwarded through the FormSubmit service. Submission involves transmitting to the provider the data entered in the form and the originating IP address, which are necessary in order to deliver the message and to counter automated submissions. The service is called only at the moment of submission and does not track browsing on the pages of the site.
The site contains links to the websites of the manufacturers of the solutions presented and to the websites of the NRC Company group. External pages apply their own privacy notices and may use cookies according to their respective settings, over which the Data Controller has no control.
Fonts and style sheets are hosted directly on the techcorp.it domain. The website does not call font or script libraries from third party domains.
6. Managing preferences through the browser
Every browser allows you to view, restrict or delete cookies already stored and to prevent them from being installed in future. Up to date instructions are available on the support pages of the main browsers:

7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
